Lauren Mendoza (they/them) is a an award winning and Emmy-nominated queer mestizo cinematographer and colorist, based in Brooklyn, NY.

After spending their teen years in a B&W photo darkroom, they fell in love with celluloid and never looked back. Their favorite medium will always be film, but the skill set has transferred over beautifully to digital; at the end of the day, creating stunning images that leave the viewer wanting more.

Over the last decade, Mendoza has collaborated across the spectrum, from the most well known brands to the most underrepresented folks. With a career with genre-bending breadth, their desire to create knows no bounds.
